The E.C.H.O. Group
We are a veteran operated network. Our instructors and associates work
on the front lines of law enforcement, emergency medical services, and
military. We are cops, doctors, emergency medical technicians of all levels,
nurses, combat medics, and warriors. Our expertise is diverse, and based
on first-hand practice. We learn daily, and implement the latest techniques
in our curriculum.
We offer training in all areas of Tactical Medicine, front line support for tactical environments and assistance with resource allocation for your agency. We also lobby on behalf of standardizing Tactical Medicine practices, interoperability among all levels of emergency government utilizing Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and complete integration of these items in Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical Training Curriculum.

The E.C.H.O. Group - Emergency Care in Hostile Operations, is a
not-for-profit collaboration of individuals, with one simple goal. To improve
the safety and effectiveness of our first responders: law enforcement, fire,
emergency medical, individuals and teams. We do so by embracing the
theory and practice of Tactical Combat Casualty Care. We recognize that
our law enforcement is the domestic front line in the fight against the evils in
our society. This includes anything from a simple traffic stop, to a mass
casualty terrorist event. We strive to empower our patrol officers and
tactical teams to be proficient in Care Under Fire, and aspects of Tactical
Emergency Medicine. The goal is to continue the mission, being able to
address the injuries in high threat, hostile, and asymmetric environments,
where no advanced medical support is readily available.
